No, but..: Unless it leads to inattention while driving or other dangerous situations. The big questions is.. Why do you suffer the excessive sleepiness ? That condition MAY be dangerous. Consider metabolic (including diabetes), cardiac, pulmonary, renal and psychiatric (depression), or even sleep apnea. Certain behaviors can also contribute - too much alcohol, for example.
