Yes: If you both do not have sex prior to getting married and stay monogamous then neither of you will catch a sexually transmitted disease.

This won't happen: Most people simply won't do this. Even children ridicule "abstinence-only" lesson plans. The best for w hich we can hope is urging people to love selectively, perhaps trying to save the best for the wedding night, and using barrier protection.
