Absolutely: Intoxicated states can definitly trigger aggression, alcohol is notorious for this. Ask anybody in law enforcement or medical personal that work in the emergency room. Stimulants such as Cocaine and methampehtamine. Intoxicated states can be very unpredictable. So yes both intoxicated and withdrawal states can trigger aggression.
