Knee injuries: Depends upon the location and extent (the personality) of the injury. Meniscal tears and full thickness acl tears don't heal on their own, and may need surgery. Sprains and strains are usually short-lived, such as 2-6 weeks.Fractures may or may not require surgery, rehab, etc.
