Falls : Falls could be from many reasons. It depends on circumstances which led to the fall .People trip and fall. Sometimes they fall after they feeling dizzy. Sometimes they fall from seizures. You need to give more information.

I felt a stretch in the inner side of my knee a couple hours ago and felt sharp pain and a pop. It hurt slightly after but kept getting better over time. It it happend a couple of times while I was running but it's mostly ok.Will it take long to heal?
