Depends on test: Most standard urine drug screens do not include alcohol (ethanol). Alcohol is usually measured as a blood alcohol level (bal). However, there is a test for a breakdown product of ethanol called ethyl glucuronide (etg). Typically this test will be positive up to 80 hours after last consumption of alcohol.
