Willthe cornea touch or rub against the iris when the eye is rubbed or the cornea is poked?

No: The iris is inside the eye protected by your cornea and a layer of fluid which prevents the iris from being disturbed. A poke would have to be extreme and would cause a lot of damage other than iris.
