Depends: It really depends on your age and the number of segments that are fused. If you are nearly skeletally mature you may actually be taller after the spine is straightened.

Depends: This depends on how severe or large the curve is and how flexible your curve is in terms of achieving a correction which can gain up to several inches in height just from the surgery. If you are still young and have some growth potential left, then it is dependent on your age and sex and to some degree the extent of your spinal fusion.
