Yes: Yes. Presbyopia can be treated by a touchup treatment on the patient's nondominant eye aiming mild nearsightedness (ie monovision).

Sort of: Laser vision correction (lvc) can take your distance correction and move it close. This creates one eye for close and the other for distance. This technique works as a solution to presbyopia about 85% of the time. You should try in with contacts to see if works for you. Lvc cannot fix the focusing problem at the heart of presbyopia. There are other options for this, but not lvc..
