See your doctor ASAP: In the meantime, any child with prolonged vomiting and diarrhea is at risk for dehydration. Give her small sips of water or an electrolyte solution, and give her those sips frequently (every five minutes). If she's not made any urine for greater than 12 hours or if the pain is so severe you can't calm her, then you should probably not wait....Go to the emergency room for evaluation.

See your pedi doc!: Diarrhea for 3 days and vomiting for 4 days? Better go to you doctor and have your child assessed immediately - if anything he/she maybe quite traumatized and needs fluidsn.
