See PCP: It is important not to ignore chest. Every organ and tissue in the chest cavity can be a source of the pain. A proper diagnosis is essential in preparing a proper treatment plan. The pcp will also evaluate the lower back and determine the cause. Your pcp will determine if a home treatment protocol is appropriate or if she/he should refer you to the proper specialties.
