Nope. Need a PS : Best way for breast augmentation is silicone or saline breast implants. There are no medications that are effective. Some plastic surgeons are injecting fat but this is not a widespread practice. Either way, i recommend you see a plastic surgeon for consultation.

Not consistently: Brava, external breast tissue expander and staged fat grafting is under investigation for breast cancer reconstruction. Brava alone has been proposed for cosmetic patients but you will have to wear the device 10 hours/d and the cup size increment may not meet your expectations.

Breast augmentation: There is no medication that will make the breasts larger. Breast augmentation is a cosmetic procedure using a silicone or saline implant to achieve the desired size. One relatively new option (and somewhat controversial) is using a device called brava for a period of time followed by transfer of fat from one area of your body to the breast during surgery. This option avoids the implant.

I've never seen it: I've never seen any scientific literature or patient studies that show any real improvement without surgery. I think a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is the right place to start.
