This may help: In people with very full cheeks, the malar fat pad, which is located deep in the cheek, can be partially removed through a small incision inside the mouth. This will lessen the fullness of the cheeks but will not give you a "skinny" face. See a plastic or facial plastic surgeon to discuss the options for you.

Buccal Fat Rx: Excess cheek tissue is most common from the Buccal fat compartment which can be reduced under local anesthesia through a small incision in the back of the mouth. Chubby cheeks should be treated conservatively because as we age , fat loss from the deeper areas of the face appears and is often restored with fat grafting.
