How to accelerate healing of a soft tissue injury?

Good wound care...: Proper nutrition, control and/or optimize general medical issues such as diabetes and vasculopathy. If you want optimal healing you need to work closely with your treating doctor and take ownership of the issues that only you can do ( eating right, stop tobacco...). Above all, stay upbeat! it will take time - likely longer than what you want.

It would depend: On the nature of the injury, location, extent, type etc. Many soft tissue injuries respond nicely to ice, elevation, rest.
