See a doctor: The first thing in my opinion is to get a proper diagnosis. There are many reasons for a person to have chronic wrist pain after an injury. These include problems with the tendons, ligaments, joints and bones. Once a diagnosis is made the doctor can then advise the treatment or treatments that is most likely to get you on the road to healing.

See a hand doctor: If your wrist is not healing it is more then a sprain. You need an appropriate evaluation with x-rays and special tests plus a clinical examination by an expert.
