Metastasis: Unfortunately, yes, metastatic disease just like the primary cancer, can grow. Although it is possible that the metastatic disease to the eye can grow and eventually go to the adjacent organ - i.e. Brain, however the likelihood that it grows so big that reaches the brain is far less likely compared to other metastatic lesion that spread to the brain from the primary cancer it self.
