Are dairy produts safe during dengue fever.?

Dairy and dengue: There's no contraindication to dairy that i know of. But main people have nausea and diarrhea, and dairy might not be the best to make them feel better. Focus is on clear oral fluids, or IV fluids, and careful lookout for hemorrhagic fever.

Should be: If having diarrhea, have low lactose dairy, e.g. Yogurt or kefir. These are low lactose products. Also have probiotics which can help with diarrhea. Go for low fat products (less likely to cause nausea). Maintain hydration with abundant liquid intake.
