May not be related: During menstruation, the cervical os (opening to uterus) relaxes and enlargens to allow the flow of menstrual blood out of uterus however, cervical position does not necessarily change. Your body position (standing, sitting) changes cervical angle and it can feel like the cervix is higher. During sexual excitement, the cervix lengthens and it may feel lower in your vagina.
