Non-ionizing: Electromagnetic waves sound scary but once you appreciate the physics and biology, there is no risk of dna damage or mutagenesis. Cosmic radiation, from outer space, bombards the planet each day. Some of these waves are ionizing, and all living cells have radiation repair pathways. When these paths are mutated or deficient, there is risk. This is not something to worry about.
