Angiomas: Angiomas are benign tumors derived from cells of the vascular or lymphatic vessel walls (epithelium) or derived from cells of the tissues surrounding these vessels. Angiomas are a frequent occurrence as patients age, but they might be an indicator of systemic problems such as liver disease. They are not commonly associated with malignancy. But since i can not see the lesions i can not be sure.

Uncertain: Maybe cherry angioma or petechiae or another cause. This will need to be visualized to identify.
