See Your OB: While taking otc zyrtec (cetirizine) is ok in pregnancy, you should first see your OB since they will want to know what's going on. A reaction (allergic reaction) is one common option but you also need to be evaluated and screened for pupps, cholestasis, or infection. Call your OB or better yet, go to l&d to be evaluated & to make sure your baby is ok. Take care.
