FERTILITY: It is ok to have that cycle. Your fertility will not be affected due to the presence of the other left ovary.

Surgery may affect u: Going from a 28 to a 32 day cycle is not worrying. Any surgery on your ovaries, including removal of a cyst or other 'mass', may damage some healthy ovarian tissue containing follicles and eggs - so it can reduce your egg supply (ovarian reserve). Depending on your age see a rei specialist for an evaluation if ttc for a 2nd child for 6-12 months - up to a year if under 30, 6 months if 30 or over.
