May be: Plan B and all the emergency hormonal contraceptives can be expected to cause irregular bleeding so this is not a normal period but is caused by the Plan B. Your normal periods will now resume but there is no way to say when your next one will be. It is sort of like pushing the reset button. Now you need to consider starting a more reliable method of contraception so this doesn't happen again.
