Plan B: "Plan B" is essentially the same as taking a combination oral contraceptive (containing both estrogen and progesterone analogs). Just like with oral bcp's, taking them and then discontinuing will result in some bleeding. "Plan B" is not always successful in preventing pregnancy, so if your period is delayed, you might get a serum HCG test to make sure you are not pregnant.
