My 3 year old threw up twice today. she's having no other symptoms. should i be worried?

Vomiting: Maybe your daughter just ate too much or the vomiting may signal a brewing infection. Although less frequent at her age, make sure she did not ingest anything poisonous- medicines, household cleaning items, plants with or without berries to name just a few.

Observe: Worry if she has persistent vomiting, decrease voids and not drinking at all. Any worsening of condition , you need to take her in to be checked. Offer small frequent feedings and gradually advance as tolerated
