Can get pregnant: Although the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is very effective - it is not 100% preventative- thus you could be pregnant- so i encourage you to go and be evaluated given the onset of your new symptoms. You could also start by taking a pregnancy test at home- but if it is negative and you still have symptoms- then proceed to dr. If positive - you should have th Mirena (levonorgestrel) removed right away.
