Infertility ?: At 43, it is going to be much more difficult statistically for pregnancy. Bleeding is often irregular, and ovulation does not always occur regularly. If your cycles are usually regular, and you are certain your partner has adequate sperm, ask your gyn provider about a hysterrosalpingogram (HSG), as tubal blockage is the most common cause of infertility.
