No: A sipped or herniated disc doesn't make the body look any different unless the patient finds the pain to be less if they position themselves in an unusual way.

It can: Sometimes a disc herniation will cause you to posture in such a way to relieve some body load across that disc. This can cause a functional scoliosis looking like the spine is curved rather than what is the typical or structural scoliosis; it can cause a sciatic shift in which the pelvis/hips appear to go sideways one way and the body the other and sometimes a flexed or stooped over posture.

The term for this is: A sciatic shift when the body attempts to find a position that causes the disc to have less pressure on the neural elements. This looks like the pelvis and hips are shifted in one direction and the upper part of the body in the other direction. It can also look like a scoliosis labeled a functional scoliosis.

Not really: but if the pain is associated with movement, then your body may choose to move into a position of ease and that may make you feel deformed, but generally as the disc heals you will likely go back to being normal.
