Vomit: Lots of people become nauseated, throw up, or have rising abdominal pain before seizure...Some epilepsy syndromes such as panayiotopoulos syndrome include vomiting as a symptom or sign during the seizure electrically...All in all autonomic surges (vagal/parasympathetic surge after sympathetic exhaustion following seizure) causes most octal or post ictal vomiting..
