Hormonal: This most likely represents a reduction in your estrogen and Progesterone hormones that are responsible. Depending on the reason you had your ovary removed; see your physician about the possibility of replaceing these hormones. Of course if your ovary was removed due to an estrogen sensitive cancer, replacement may not be a good idea. Moisturizing creams may help til you can do better.
