Agree w Dr.: Moufarreji. Additionally, when do you eat your dinner? Recommend that dinner be moderate sized at most and at least 3 hours prior to retiring. If you have a snack - make it small. Avoid caffeinated/ carbonated beverages in evening. Try ginger tea prior to retiring at night to help with GI upset.
