Sure: As long as you have at least one fallopian tube open you can use clomid (clomiphene). Without knowing all the results of your tests, i can't advise you as to your chances of getting pregnant. Could be as low as 1% or as high as 15%. So the effectiveness of the medicine may or may not be high.
