Does vagus nerve damage cause heart arythmia? can you cure it.

Dr. Rick Koch answered

Vagus nerve: Helps lower heart rate so damage to it would lead potentially to higher heart rates and may exacerbate arrythmias. While generally not curable, arrythmias are treatable.
