Unlikely : There is no known association between a general anesthetic event and change in bone density to my knowledge. You may want to ask the anesthesiologist at the pre-op visit or phone call if you are planning a procedure with general anesthesia.

No: There is no effect on bone density from the anesthetics. Any change would be due to diet or lifestyle.
