By love &support: Stage IV is bad but not hope less , need to keep tumor under control . Good palliation is possible, adjuvant ( additional ) chemo various combination of 4or 5 available chem.Agents like, folfox , flfiri capfox etc in addition radiation, resection of liver tumor will be done some times, follow your oncologist advise will do pretty well, if want can use various health supplements good luck.

Love him: I'm sorry about your husband, but he has found something that many (most?) men never do -- a loving life partner brave enough to ask strangers. Listen to him, forgive any past problems, find out what he wants, and what comfort measures he needs. There is talk at present of some genotypes of stage IV colon cancer being cured with today's rx's.
