Acute bronchitis?: You may have acute bronchitis. If the fever is still present after this amount of time, it may be due to a bacterial infection that may require antibiotics so see your doctor or go to an er. If the cough persists when the other symptoms resolve, bronchospasm may be present and this can also be treated by your doctor. If you smoke, you need to quit asap to reduce airway inflammation

Mgt: Possible conditions include pneumonia or bronchitis. I would recommend seeing your PCP to determine if antibiotics are needed.
