Depends: The uterus is still small at 12 weeks . You will not likely feel anything as it is low near your pubic bone.

Early pregnancy: At 12 weeks pregnant the uterus is still very small. It just now starting to be above your pubic bone. There is no way you could feel the uterus with your hand this early.
