I am 34 weeks pregnant and my skin on my stomach feels like its going to rip. My skin hurts to touch and im very uncomfortable. Is that normal ?

Stretching: The elasticity and plasticity of skin is amazing. Stretch marks (striae) can result from marked distension. Some ladies feel that emollients and gentle massage will help skin stretch better. Significant focal pain can be abnormal. Discuss this at your next obstetric visit.

Probably normal: If you push on your abdomen it is bound to be uncomfortable. Would stop and see if it is still uncomfortable and if so see your MD
