Told by the doctor i.had blood in urine and a uti with severe abd pain i went to a and e blood and urine was clear still in pain what culd this be?

Gyn problem : If the urine is clear with no infection the abd pain maybe associated with ovarian cyst or some gyn problem or GI . Could be a renal or ureteral stone also.
