Eat healthy foods...: If there's no obvious underlying medical problem, and no pregnancy, one can try foods with monounsaturated healthier fats (olive oil, etc...). Read up on such foods on nutrition websites. Avoiding sugars and simple starches should help decrease hunger (fruits have a lot of sugar, and breads are simple starches). Better to eat lean protein like skinless chicken breast, pork loin, egg whites, etc...
