See your doctor...: Possible etiologies of this chronic cough include bronchospasm from any cause, gerd, sinus problem or a combination of factors. The metallic/bloody taste could be a med side effect ( not sure what meds you take) or could be post-nasal drip issue leading to bronchospasm. You need to see your doctor to diagnose and treat you; may even need to see a lung specialist or an ear/nose/throat doctor.
