A member asked:

Pre diabetic with 4 times loo visit at night, must cut down on fruit, which has the highest sugar level.?

Glycemic index: Avoid fruits with a high glycemic index - these fruits raise blood sugar fast and are not good for diabetics or pre-diabetics. There are great lists online that have the glycemic of all foods, not just fruits. Dates, watermelon, raisins, any canned fruit in syrup, cherries, mangos, bananas - try to avoid. I'd also avoid any fruit juice (even if "natural") - stick to water instead!
