Possible: Unlikely but never ignored. Your doc will perform or have a high resolution ultrasound performed to screen for an accreta. If there is a sign that this is possible, sometimes an MRI can be helpful. If worrisome, arrangements to deliver where access to blood bank, icu, surgical specialists, & interventional radiologists (for placement of catheters to block vessels) should be done. Good luck to you.
