Yes...: Flixonase [flonase] is a steroid, and can be absorbed into the blood stream from the nose and cause a type of glaucoma, which is increased pressure in the eye. Your pain could be from elevated pressure in your eye. See an ophthalmologist and have your eye pressure checked.
