A member asked:

Are night sweats during pregnancy normal? i have them all the time. i'm in my second trimester. i'm a little worried.

Yes: Dear concerned- the hormone fluctuations during pregnancy can be disruptive to sleep, that's for sure! be sure you're drinking plenty of water and eating a healthy, balanced diet. Try to eat organic and hormone-free foods as much as possible. Be sure you don't actually have a fever (see your doctor) and be sure the baby's activity is normal (see you doctor if not). Congratulations!
