Unlikely: Plan b is an effective form of birth control if you take it within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. Its unlikely that you are pregnant if you took it within 3 days. Since you stopped the birth control pill and took plan b, your cycle could be altered. If you are very unsure, you can take a pregnancy test in a week to be certain.
