If it's not too deep: Apply pressure to control bleeding. Apply topical antibiotic and bandiad or dressing. For more severe cuts, get medical attention and have it checked out.

Read below: If this is a cut, not athletes foot fungus, i would put a very thin layer of neosporin ointmen and a bandaid to the area 2 times per day. After the cut heals, put vaseline on the area for a few days to make sure it does not break open. If this is red, swollen or infected, please see your podiatrist.
