Can i take lumiday while also taking celexa (citalopram)?

No.: Lumiday includes st. John's wort and a precursor of serotonin, both of which you should not take in combination with citalopram. Please speak to your treating physician regarding the effectiveness of your current treatment regimen. I wonder as you are thinking about taking lumiday if something doesn't need to be done to better treat your depression..

Lumiday/Celexa: Not safe, due to elevation in serotonin level, resulting in agitation.
