Can accupuncture help lyme disease?

Not sure: I've had a patient who was helped by her acupuncturist with fatigue, but others have not been helped. The only way is to give it a try, assuming it is ok with the doctor treating your lyme disease. Keep a journal and see how you are before and after sessions, and if you are helped, how long the effect lasts.

Symptoms: Acupuncture may help with symptom relief. Major energy moving treatments (meridians) can help to improve stamina & specific constellations of symptoms. If i were to perform acupuncture on a patient with lyme disease, i would ask about what symptoms that would like to relieve (as opposed to curing lyme disease).

I've seen it help: I encourage my patients to seek different modalities of treatment to address this stealth bacteria. I've recommended acupuncture, infrared sauna therapy, lymphatic massage, etc.
