Hormones in food: Foods that contain phytoestrogens (weak Estrogens produced by plants) include vegetables, legumes (beans), seeds, dairy, and soy. Anti-estrogenic foods are foods that block estrogen include broccoli, buckwheat, cabbage, citrus fruits, corn, fruit (other than apples, cherries, dates and pomegranates), grapes, green beans, melons, onions, pears, pineapples, squash, rice, white flour, and tapioca.
